About This Opportunity

Roles and Responsibilities
Generating potential leads and expanding the market database through effective strategies such as cold calling, professional networking, and social media platforms, with the aim of creating new opportunities and driving sales growth.
Planning and executing sales tasks effectively within a structured sales plan, with a focus on achieving set targets and increasing the brand’s market share.
Negotiating prices and terms of sale or service to ensure mutually satisfactory agreements that achieve profitability for both parties.
Preparing price quotations, contracts, and sales terms professionally and presenting them to clients to ensure process clarity and enhance the chances of closing deals.
Deep understanding and analysis of customer requirements, with the preparation of customized technical and financial proposals (RFP/RFQ) that accurately meet their needs — particularly in the fields of CCTV systems, audio-visual systems, structured cabling, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and access control systems.
Following up on customer inquiries and providing the necessary technical and commercial support to assist in purchasing decisions and enhance their confidence in the products.
Coordinating with relevant departments (such as Procurement, Operations, and Technical Support) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely execution of orders.
Analyzing the market and products while keeping up with modern technology to deliver tailored solutions that align with current and future customer needs, with a focus on strengthening the brand’s presence in the market.
Effectively leading the sales team by leveraging strong leadership skills and sound planning to motivate them to achieve targets and enhance overall team performance.
Preparing periodic reports on sales performance, account status, and customers to support decision-making and improve sales strategies.
