Roles and Responsibilities
Create, track and close tasks on the SLA screen
Measuring job satisfaction among company employees in order to ensure a supportive work environment.
Activating the role of human resources operations by implementing human resources regulations, systems and policies.
Implementing the medical insurance document by adding, deleting, supporting beneficiaries and limiting individual costs.
Increase employee retention by interviewing the resigning employee, assessing the reasons that led him to leave the job, and working to find solutions for them.
Complete e-government procedures by accessing government platforms, following up on progress, and issuing reports.
Manage employee benefits and compensation by issuing salaries, final clearances, advance paid leave, payments and other benefits.
Improving the level of discipline and commitment by monitoring attendance and departure and solving customer problems related to lateness and absences. Controlling the commitment process.
Contribute to the implementation of the installation project by completing the project files, uploading them to the system, and training users.
Implementing the human resources operational plan for employee leave plan, holiday and occasion leave plan, etc.
Proposing improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve work performance in its management.
Carry out all tasks requested by his direct manager within the limits of his job.
